About project
The Žalgirio 112 project is a modern office center located at Žalgirio g. 112 in the Šnipiškės district of Vilnius, Lithuania. Developed by YIT Lietuva, the project was completed between Q1 2020 and Q1 2022. Designed by Vilniaus Architektūros Studija, the five-story building features contemporary architecture, interior design, and structural elements, making it a notable addition to the rapidly developing Šnipiškės area. The project is part of a larger initiative by YIT Lietuva, which acquired approximately 4 hectares of land in the Žalgirio and Linkmenų streets area for comprehensive development, including both administrative and residential projects. The business center offers office spaces for lease and includes amenities such as parking spaces. Additionally, the site hosts an iLunch restaurant, known for its modern and innovative daily lunch offerings with a focus on quality and affordability.
