High operating speed is one of the main advantages of the tower crane. For stationary installation, a tower crane can be assembled on anchor or on cross frame. In the first case, large anchor tructures embedded deep into a concrete. In the second case, metal cross frame elements are constructed on a fixed base. Tower cranes are transported using trailers and assembled with mobile crane.
